POA Ready is operated by Clarion Product Labs, a company registered in Georgia, United States. This policy explains what we collect when you use poaready.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies wherever you are.
The free check asks for the text of your Amazon notification, a description of what happened, and answers about your documentation. If you buy a package, we also collect your registered business name, address, phone number, merchant token, case ID and ASINs, because these appear on the document produced for you.
If you upload a notification, the file is transmitted to our processing provider so details can be extracted into the form. It is processed and discarded. We do not retain uploaded files.
Collected only when you ask us to email your findings or your package, and from Stripe when you buy.
Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email address you gave Stripe.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, for security and rate limiting. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train models.
We rely on the following providers, each with its own privacy policy:
Check inputs are processed in memory and are not written to a database. Uploaded files are not retained after extraction. Emails we send you, including a copy retained in our own inbox, persist in our mail provider. Stripe retains payment records for as long as financial regulation requires. You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time.
What you tell us about your Amazon account is commercially sensitive and we treat it as confidential. We will not disclose the specifics of your case to any third party except the processors listed above, or where compelled by law.
Clarion Product Labs is established in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data transfer restrictions, using this service involves transferring your information to the United States. Where required, our providers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism.
Wherever you are, you may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email legal@poaready.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request deletion, and to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
We apply the same access, correction and deletion rights to everyone, regardless of whether your local law requires it.
This service is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. API credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify affected users without undue delay if a breach affecting personal data occurs.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
